THE END OF DEVOTION TO THE SACRED HEART?


Today is the end of the month of June, which is always set aside to honor the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. This does NOT mean that we can abandon Him now. We must always keep this Heart in mind; after all, It was opened with a lance by Longinus after He died for us on the Cross. Remember the word 'opened', which is what St. John tells us in his Gospel. It was opened for us to tap into; to enter in and learn what He is all about. Upon entering this Heart, the possibilities are endless. Remember always this Sacred Heart.
